Where do we put it ?
When it comes home where is the best place to put the piano ? The old bit of wisdom about keeping the piano away from an outside wall is either old news or was never true to begin with. It is more important to make sure that it is not in a draft, near a heat vent, a working fireplace, or in direct sunlight .
If you would like a little more sound from your upright piano make sure that there is at least a few inches of space between the back of the piano and your wall.
When you just can’t make up your mind where it should go, consider putting the piano directly in front of the large flat screen TV in the living room !
